Cream Cheese Icing*

Yields1 Serving

 2 cups cream cheese, softened**
 ½ cup butter, softened
 1 tbsp vanilla
 ½ cup raw honey

Method
1

Place cream cheese, butter, vanilla and honey in food processor and blend until smooth.
Use as desired to decorate the cake.

Notes

*This icing is rich in nutrients and can be consumed without the concern of processed and sugar based icing recipes. Spread it on a wide range of cakes and muffins such as carrot, banana and zucchini. Enjoy!

**This cream cheese is produced by straining the whey from a natural yoghurt. The whey is used for fermenting recipes and the remaining soft cheese in the cloth is cream cheese - easy!
