There has been a lot of interest shown in the soil and farming part of my book, especially by farmers themselves. Some people are quizzical about the explanations I have given regarding the role of mycorrhizal fungi. As it is such an interesting and critical topic, I have included in this blog an interview conducted by Acres USA with Dr Christine Jones in March 2015. Christine Jones is an Australian soil ecologist and is renowned for her work on building new soil by accessing carbon through the sequestration process. She also focuses on the health impacts of growing food in soil which does not have access to the mycorrhizal fungi.

Acres USA – Save Our Soils

This is an extensive interview and thank you to Acres USA for making it available to the general public.
